Floral and Orange

After spending a week at home in South Wales, I've finally arrived back in Birmingham ready for tomorrows lecture. Scary to think that we're almost in the last week of February already. How time flies! However, I'm ever so excited to be stepping into the transition from Winter to Spring: fresh flowers in bloom, being able to leave the house with less layers on and the occasional spot of sunshine.

Before rushing off for the train station, I nagged my mum to take a few snaps of my outfit. I love how the subtle burnt shade of the jacket compliments the busy floral pattern on my trousers. I decided to be jewellery free as I felt that the delicate detailing on the collar acted as a statement piece in itself.

Bath Spa: Mini Photo Diary

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a lovely week! How did you spend Valentines Day?
To celebrate our first year Anniversary, Jay and I went to Bath for the weekend. If you've ever visited before you'll understand exactly why we instantly fell in love with the city. The adorable cafes and boutiques that welcomed every street and the magnificent architecture guaranteed that any angle that you shot your pictures in would be beautiful! We were lucky that it was warm and that the skies were clear- not one cloud in sight!
If you're considering a mini break or a weekend away then I would enthusiastically suggest going to Bath, in particular the Fashion Museum and Thermae Bath Spa. Bliss!

Dogtooth and Pastels

Hello everyone! Hope you've had a wonderful February so far. So after a few weeks of worrying and over thinking, I've finally plucked up the courage to start doing 'outfit posts.'
I've always adored pastel tones, whether it's on trend or not, so I was over the moon when I picked up this lavender jacket from the H&M sale as it compliments this soft baby blue dogtooth leggings so well.
I must apologise once again for not posting enough on here. The stress of third year has really got to me and as I'm currently writing my dissertation I'm always stuck in the library.

Feel free to comment below and let me know what you think of my outfit. Positive or Negative comments are welcome. Thank you :)
